At NJSHON, every piece is designed with precision and care. Because of the nature of our limited collections and commitment to quality, we do not offer refunds; exchanges only.

Exchange Policy

One-time exchange only per order.Must be requested within 14 days of receipt Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags attached.Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send items back for exchange

Final Sale & Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept exchanges on:
Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
Undergarments , Items showing signs of wear or damage

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support@njshon.com] with your order number and photos. We’ll cover the cost to replace it ASAP.
